Where is my order ?
Allthough you won't get a confirmation email, all orders are shipped within 4 days upon receiving your payment. Pre-Orders will ship when the item arrives at our "headquarters".

Standard shipping is Italian Postal Service international airmail. There is no tracking option. If you need a tracking option add the INTERNATIONAL TRACKED SHIPPING UPGRADE to your cart and we will give you a tracking code by email and paypal.

Standard shipping delivery times can be quite long (holiday seasons, bank holidays) we tried figuring an average time by saying:
7-14 days for european countries
2-6 weeks for overseas orders
however bad luck can strike and you might have to wait more :(

Is my order lost ?
Sadly we can't be held responsible for lost or damaged items after we have taken them to the post office, we can do our best to help you though, write us through the contact form or email [email protected]
